Temperature detection plays a key role in fault detection of industrial equipment.
To put it bluntly, temperature detection refers to the use of various temperature measuring instruments and equipment to measure the temperature rise of cnc lathe manufacture, and compare it with the temperature of the cnc lathe machine when it is running normally, and then diagnose the parts and damage levels that cause common faults.
In the fault detection and detection of cnc lathe industrial equipment, temperature measurement methods can be divided into two types: touch temperature measurement and non-touch temperature measurement.

When lubricating the surface of the floor tile, even according to the shaking point of the main shaft bearing, although the pairing gap is the least, because of the short distance, the lubricating standard is good, the calorific value caused by friction is small, the cooling effect is very good, and it is generally not easy to cause the bearing to heat up. It will not cause the floor tiles to ignite.
