Flat Bed CNC Lathe Advantages
The numerical control system adopts GSK980TC3 system, domestic famous brand ball screw and high precision screw bearing.
The spindle adopts high-precision spindle bearing set, and is precisely assembled and dynamically balanced to ensure high precision, low noise and strong rigidity of the spindle.
Each lubricating point adopts a forced automatic lubricating device to carry out fixed-point quantitative lubrication to the screw rod and guide rail. When an abnormal state occurs or the oil volume is insufficient, a warning signal is automatically generated.
The standard configuration adopts domestic three-jaw self-centering manual chuck.
The guide rail is equipped with a scraping device to prevent the guide rail from being corroded by iron filings and coolant, which is convenient for cleaning the iron filings.
